Between Two Trees: A Snow Field. This image was taken last year on the outskirts of Port Colborne during a mild snow storm. I love the muted colours and the symmetry of the trees. This is accentuated by the leading lines of the furrows in the field itself all leading toward the horizon, balancing the scene and making the composition even more compelling.
For those that like such niceties, and that number includes me, those furrows seal the deal. The two trees make excellent frames for the field and the other trees in the far distance. I like.
