At the Port Colborne City council meeting last night, I and several other members of the Port Colborne Optimist Club were present to see Port Colborne Mayor, Bill Steele present a cheque for $4000 to club president Kim Eros. Which was kinda cool.
Funds are for use in our many community projects, which can be seen at the Port Colborne Optimist Club web site. For those that don’t know, GYST are happy to be the builders, hosts and administrators thereof. 🙂 Also kinda cool.
I should mention that I am immensely proud to be one of the directors of this fine organization.
