The Victoria Day weekend in Canada is also the anniversary of our first date. Nikki and I like to do something to celebrate, even after all these years.
Our plan this weekend is to go along the coast road of Lake Erie to one of our favourite roadside restaurants, Hippo’s in Lowbanks, Ontario. There we shall dine on the finest fish and chips, and consume a beverage. After that? We’re not sure. But it will probably involve hiking, and a camera. She does put up with an awful lot. Maybe I shall buy her the 2-piece fish dinner. She deserves the best.
