I have not been able to do my routine ‘driving aimlessly around Niagara for days on end taking photographs’ for some time now, due to ever-growing work commitments. Just today I wrote a response to a design project RFP, reorganized my software, sent draft Christmas cards to the Canadian Houses of Parliament, drafted an agenda for the Optimist Club budget meeting next Wednesday, started designing Smile Cookie posters for November, and posted to social media channels. And tonight, we attend a charity gala in Hamilton, a working event for which I am the photographer. October is a busy month.
But in between all the above, and those are just the tasks from today, I did find time to take some October photos and play with them once I got them into the computer.
From a simpe horse eating quietly, to an abandoned house being crushed by a fallen tree, to a beach access road, lights in trees, and more. I still do get out and about. And still find odd, unusual, eye-catching things. Somewhere in Niagara. Enjoy.
