Products delivered by hand, or shipped directly from our location, are subject to our internal refund and returns policies as follows:
Our refund and returns policy on physical products is valid for 30 days after delivery. If 30 days have passed since your purchase, refund or exchange is unavailable. To be eligible for return, items must be unused, and in the same condition and packaging in which it was received. No wearing a T-shirt and sending it back, please. 🙂
Many products in this store are fulfilled by third-party providers that ship globally. Orders placed via these vendors are subject to their refund and returns policies: They handle all invoicing, refunds and returns, and enquiries. We only use legitimate, reliable and trustworthy providers. For assistance with orders placed using an external vendor we will liaise on your behalf to arrange details accordingly for a speedy resolution to any issue(s) encountered, using the vendors own processes. Details of return processes for third-party vendors are available during checkout and on their web sites.
Several types of goods are exempt from return: Hand-delivered items in the Niagara region are examined on the doorstep, at which time delivery can be refused and a refund issued if print or product does not meet quality or expectations. If items are shipped from our premises, and become damaged in transit or during delivery, we will coordinate with the carrier to address the issue and arrange refunds.

There are certain situations where partial refunds my be granted at our sole discretion:
- Book with obvious signs of use
- Any item not in its original condition, damaged, or missing parts for reasons not due to our error.
- Any item returned more than 30 days after delivery
To complete your return, we require a receipt or other proof of purchase. Once a return is received, we will confirm receipt of the returned item(s). We will notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund claim (dependant on item inspection and condition). Approved refunds will be processed immediately.
Late or missing refunds
If you haven’t received a refund within 30 days of approval, first check your bank account again.
Then contact your credit card company. It is common for delays due to processing before your refund is officially posted.
Next contact your bank. There is often some processing time before a refund is posted.
If you’ve done all of this and still have not received your approved refund, please contact us to follow up. We will fix it!
Note: We only replace items if they are defective or damaged. If you wish to exchange a product for the same item, send us an email to begin arrangements.
If an item was marked as a gift when purchased and shipped directly to you, you’ll receive a gift credit for the value of your return. No cash / credit options are offered. Once the returned item is received, a gift certificate or electronic coupon will be dispatched to you.
Important: To return your product, you should mail your product to us only after contacting us to advise it is on it’s way. We will require a tracking number. If a product is sent but does not arrive here at our building, that is sadly beyond our control. No refunds will be issued for returns that get lost in transit or stolen by porch pirates.
You are responsible for return shipping costs. Shipping costs are non-refundable. If you receive a replacement item, the cost of return shipping will be deducted from your refund. No additional charge will be applied. Depending where you live, delivery time for your exchanged product to reach you may vary. We ship globally, so cannot be more specific. You may be the other side of the world.
