The best time of year depends on who you ask. And when you ask them. I prefer Summer and Fall. The first for the heat, the second for the colours. But by the end of Summer I really do grow tired of all that grass cutting. It is a chore I could happily live without: I am not a gardener.
My favourite lawnmower has been part of this scene for the last few years. It is not in use, nor will it be in use any time soon. It is ornamental, and sits beneath the shade of those trees beside a quiet pond, serenely watching the seasons pass. It is seen here under snow in the cold of a Canadian Winter.
In my humble opinion, snow season is the best season for grass cutting. I said what I said.
