Summer always brings people together for outdoor events. For example the annual Peewee Memorial Ride, taking place this year on June 3rd. Riders will take a guided 136km scenic meandering route through Niagara. The convoy will start at Fleeters Cafe on Hwy 3 in Wainfleet, and finish in Port Colborne at Super Mario’s around 4pm where guests with and without bikes will eat, drink, and be merry to the sounds of Bent Fender until late. All are welcome to the after party.
For those that want to ride, event registration starts at 10:00am. Kickstands up at noon sharp. Registration is $20 per rider, and includes meal. There are door prizes, raffles, and other shenanigans to keep things lively.
But I will be there just to take photos, like these memories from previous year’s rides. I have been the photographer for most of these events since it began, way back. I’ve been invited to do it again this year. Heads up, this will involve a guy waving a camera in front of bikers, which can be a risky way to spend an afternoon.
But who doesn’t enjoy a little risk in their life? It keeps you young. Let the fun begin!
Thank you Carl!
Happy to help! Share and enjoy. 🙂
