Nikki and I celebrate our tenth wedding anniversary this week. We will be taking a few days off to mark the occasion. Some day trips are in order, to get us away from the computers and into the fresh air. On the table for consideration is another visit to the Canadian Raptor Conservancy.
We have not visited this wonderful place this year. If we do go back I will be torn between enjoying the sights and sounds and the birds, spending quality anniverary time with my beloved, and wearing my photographer hat to get images for use in the 2024 Raptors calendar.
This Bald Eagle coming in to land beside the pond is a favourite of mine from a previous visit. Maybe I will be able to get more favourites, if we do go back this week. Time will tell. Onward.
