This hawk was sitting in the top of a tree just looking around for lunch. I took the image using my Sigma 100 – 400mm lens, without leaving the car. I love that lens. It’s ideal for getting close to distant things. Things you wouldn’t necessarily want to get closer to in person. Such as a hungry bird of prey.
