The iconic Niagara Falls is a sight that always keeps giving. Millions visit each year and since I live so close to it (only a 30-minute drive) I myself come back regularly. The clear blue of the water flowing over Niagara Falls in winter changes hue as the seasons change, becoming green in Summer. You can tell the season just by the water.
The crystal clear blue is at it’s most evident when filtered by winter ice. That’s also when chunks of ice float serenely over the edge to drop silently into the abyss below. With an estimated 80% of North America’s fresh water flowing over these falls due to the links between the five Great Lakes, the maelstrom we know as Niagara Falls rarely slows. It just keeps going. Always onward.
And that’s a good way to live your life.
