I recently upgraded my aging drone. While getting aquainted with the new one I took a brief flight above the Welland Canal at one of my favourite local spots, the Clarence Street Bridge in Port Colborne.
It was early morning with very little traffic. With the sun slanting in from the horizon as the new day began. I pointed the camera straight down to get a different perspective, then sent the drone the full length of Bridge 21 and got this brief but very engaging video. Which you can see below.
I took some photos while I was up there. The one in the video (watch that first), and this. It’s one of the best views of Port Colborne, Clarence Street, and the Niagara region that I ever had.
