Today’s Image Of The Week comes from a very enjoyable two hours hours spent on the beach watching the oncoming storm along the shore of Lake Erie. The storm left in it’s wake a lot of property damage and many homes were without power for hours, but at the time I was at peace. I find this kind of scene very relaxing.
This 3 x 1 panorama features one of Port Colborne’s lighthouses being pounded by the turbulent waters of Reebs’ Bay. The soft light caught the wave crests, as the driving wind whipped their peaks and sent spray everywhere.
It was absolutely breathtaking.
